Terms of Use – Money Map Plus

Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Money Map Plus, including the mobile application, any related websites, sync services, and other features made available by TechCreative LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Money Map Plus is a savings and financial tracking tool designed to help individuals, couples, and families manage their finances in a calm and private way. By using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Money Map Plus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application or related services.

If you are using Money Map Plus on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Licence to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use Money Map Plus for your personal, non-commercial use through official distribution channels such as the Apple App Store.

This licence does not give you any ownership rights in the application or its underlying technology. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by TechCreative LTD.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Money Map Plus responsibly and lawfully. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from the application, except where permitted by applicable law.
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the application or any part of it, except as permitted by law or these Terms.
• Probe, scan, test, or attempt to bypass security measures or access controls.
• Access the service through bots, scripts, crawlers, scraping tools, or other automated means without our prior written consent.
• Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, servers, databases, APIs, or infrastructure connected to the service.
• Interfere with the operation, availability, or performance of the service.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Money Map Plus available and reliable, but the service may occasionally experience downtime. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, bug fixes, upgrades, security updates, third-party outages, infrastructure failures, or other unforeseen technical issues.

We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability of the service. Where issues arise, we will make reasonable efforts to restore service as soon as practicable.

Changes to the Service

We may update Money Map Plus from time to time. This may include adding, modifying, removing, suspending, or discontinuing features; changing user interface elements; or adjusting how certain functionality works.

User Data

Your use of personal data in connection with Money Map Plus is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled, protected, and used.

Certain synchronisation and sharing features operate through encrypted services. Because of this architecture, TechCreative LTD may not have access to the content of data transmitted through end-to-end encrypted or otherwise encrypted systems.

While we take reasonable steps to operate the service securely, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your devices that utlise this application.

Money Map Plus should not be relied upon as the sole record of a user's financial information. Users are encouraged to maintain their own records and backups where appropriate.

Shared Data and User Responsibility

Money Map Plus includes features that allow you to share information with others. You are responsible for deciding what information you choose to share and for granting and managing access to shared information.

TechCreative LTD is not responsible for the actions, decisions, conduct, or misuse of information by individuals who have been granted access by you. You should only share information with people you trust.

Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of Money Map Plus are available through a paid subscription. Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and policies.

Access to premium features may end when a subscription expires, is cancelled, or is not successfully renewed. You can manage your subscription through your Apple account settings.

Intellectual Property

Money Map Plus and all related branding, software, APIs, designs, graphics, content, and technology remain the exclusive property of TechCreative LTD and its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. You may not use our name, logos, or branding without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

No Financial Advice

Money Map Plus is an informational and financial tracking tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or other professional advice.

Any savings goals, balances, or projections shown in the application are based on information you provide. You remain solely responsible for your own financial decisions and should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

Money Map Plus is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TechCreative LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of Money Map Plus, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Service Protection and Security

We will take reasonable technical, operational, or security measures to protect Money Map Plus and the infrastructure that supports it.

These measures may include rate limiting, blocking abusive requests, restricting access to infrastructure, applying security controls, or other actions necessary to maintain service stability and security.

Such measures may be taken where abuse, misuse, attacks, excessive automated usage, security risks, or unlawful activity are detected.

You may stop using Money Map Plus at any time by uninstalling the application and, where applicable, cancelling your subscription through Apple.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.

Your continued use of Money Map Plus after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the service.
